Is the Blueridge BG-60 a worthy first-time acoustic guitar compared to a seagull or BG-40 for its price?

I was wondering why the BG-40 has higher rating online than the BG-60 (costs more)

There is no difference in style, construction, hardware, wood types, the BG-40 and the BG-60 are the same guitar. Wouldn't the better value be the lesser price?
